Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of lumeeslab.com (the "website"), which is run by Lumees Lab, [registered address to be added] ("we", "us"). By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. Lumina and other Lumees Lab software are licensed under the End User Licence Agreement or a signed agreement. PDKs and Lumina Blocks are licensed under the terms that come with them or a signed agreement.

Information on the website

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but the website is for general information. In particular:

• Planned features. Features marked Planned are not available yet. We may change, delay or drop them.
• Predictive PDKs. Lumees predictive PDKs model process technologies from public information. They are not a foundry's process data and make no claim about any foundry's process. Use them for research, education, exploration and early design work, not as a basis for manufacturing.
• Lumina Blocks. Lumina Blocks are starting points for your own designs. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, they come without guarantees that they are fit for production or free of third-party rights. Figures such as FPGA resource use and maximum frequency were measured in the conditions their pages state; your results will depend on your tools, settings, device and design.
• Examples. Command lines and outputs shown on the website illustrate how the products work. Output marked Illustrative is not from a recorded run.

Nothing on the website is an offer, a warranty or a commitment to deliver a product or feature. A product's terms are set by its licence or a signed agreement.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, datasheets and software shown on it, belong to Lumees Lab or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view the website, and download or print pages and datasheets, for your own information and to evaluate our products. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the content for any other purpose without our written permission, except where the law allows.

Lumees Lab, Lumina, the Lumees logo and the names of our products are our trademarks. Other names on the website, such as standards, languages, tools and companies, belong to their owners. Their mention does not mean they endorse us or that we are affiliated with them.

Using the website

Do not use the website in a way that breaks the law, or that damages, overloads or interferes with it or with other people's use of it. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it. You may read and index the website with automated tools as long as you respect our robots.txt file and do not degrade the service.

The website may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties about it, express or implied, including that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may change the website and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version of the terms. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law
